Can you guarantee that my grant will be approved or funded?
No. Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant funder β no grant writer or consultant can guarantee an outcome. GrantReadyPro works to ensure your application is as well-structured, clearly written, and funder-aligned as possible, which strengthens your submission. The decision always rests with the funder.
Can you check whether my organisation is eligible for a specific grant?
Yes. Share the funder's guidelines, eligibility criteria, and basic information about your organisation, and GrantReadyPro will review whether you appear to meet the stated requirements. This is an initial assessment β the funder makes the final eligibility determination.
Can you review a proposal I have already written?
Yes. Proposal review and improvement is one of the most requested services. Send your draft and the funder guidelines. You will receive written feedback with practical recommendations on structure, funder alignment, evidence quality, budget consistency, and language. One round of tracked-change revisions is included in the Professional package.
Can you help with grant budgets?
Yes. Budget development and budget narrative writing are both available. GrantReadyPro can help you build a clear, funder-aligned project budget with categorised line items, indirect cost calculations, and a written justification for each budget line. A budget review (for an existing draft) is included in the Starter Support package.
Can you help when the deadline is urgent?
Urgent timelines can sometimes be accommodated depending on current capacity. Email contact@mhmirza.com as early as possible with your deadline, the funder's requirements, and any documents you have prepared. We will confirm whether the timeline is workable and what can be delivered in the available time.
Do you work with international NGOs and nonprofits outside Pakistan?
Yes. GrantReadyPro works with organisations internationally. All services are delivered by email and shared drive. Clients have included organisations in Africa, South Asia, the Middle East and other regions. Communication is in English (Urdu also available).
Can you proofread or improve the English in a proposal?
Yes. English editing, proofreading, and language improvement for grant proposals and supporting documents is available within the Starter Support package. This is particularly useful for organisations whose internal team prepares content in a second language and needs clarity, consistency, and funder-appropriate phrasing before submission.
What information should I send before requesting a quotation?
Please include: (1) the name and website of the funder; (2) the grant programme or call for applications; (3) the application deadline; (4) what support you need (full proposal, review, budget, other); (5) a brief description of your project or idea; and (6) any existing documents. This allows GrantReadyPro to confirm scope and provide an accurate quote.
How is pricing determined?
